Suggestion: Tab improvements

Hi
As a suggestion for tabs:

  1. Allow wrapping of tabs. At present with the default width you can get 4/5 tabs across, the others are not visible off to the right
  2. Allow outline view of tab content. At present, as soon as you move items into the tab container you no no see the child items in the outline view.
  3. Allow visible/hidden state for individual tabs, at present only the whole tab container can be made visible/hidden
  4. Allow vertical orientation of the tabs
