SQL ISNULL Equivalent

I'm invoking a datasource method and have a filter applied to it. I just need to be able to do the equivalent of the sql ISNULL(value, 0) in the expression. How do I go about doing this in the filter?

I have a table with a date field and I want to load the data based on whether the date field is null but when I add a filter in Radzen I am forced by the UI to choose a date value rather than null.
