Grid sticky header row and keyboad navigation when Edit mode

I'm just curious if it is possible to have the header row of the grid to stay visible when scrolling a long list.

Also have a request for arrow key navigation vertically between roles. They like to have several rows open in edit mode and be able to navigate vertically using the arrow keys on keyboard vs tabbing.

Let me know if this is a possibility, GREAT TOOL SET!

Navigating between input elements via arrow keys is not supported. Tabbing is the commonly used approach that works out of the box in any browser and HTML page.
