I have a plan for a local parish's small MAUI Blazor Hybrid app, and would like to know what are the chances for the free theme with Material Design to be accepted into Apple App Store? What about future tense?

Google's iOS apps use Material Design and they are on App Store so visual aesthetics shouldn't be an issue as soon as you stick to the UX/UI patterns and best practices outlined in Apple's Human Interface Guidelines
For example all these button variations are supported by RadzenButton and it is more up to you to configure the components against the respective usage guidelines.
Thanks for replying @yordanov. How about RadzenHeader and RadzenSidebar, they seem like no counterpart is available on iOS.
These are called Navigation Bar and Sidebar.
But the look of it in Radzen is completelly Android biased. I'd like to keep one set of components if possible, for both Android na iOS.
The Material theme is indeed Google's and based on their UX guidelines. You can pick any of the other themes for iOS.
