V3.3.2 zip, encountering error

I try to build v3.3.2 in order to verify

, but encountering the error.
What should I do?

I can't seem to reproduce this error. Try restarting Visual Studio - probably the webcompiler tool hasn't installed properly.

Follow your advice, not sure about the root cause, do it using the command line it seems working.

It happened to my "dotnet restore" as well
