use the community version for free software

good morning I write here because I did not find this information from other parts.

my question is the following

I am creating a free software to manage veterinary clinics, but with any expansions (plugins) for a fee such as sending sms (only because it costs me too) can I freely use the community version?

do I respect the terms of the license?

You can use the community version completely for free for whatever software.

but who has paid plugins doesn't affect copiright? (needless to say these will have the same graphic style "radzen")
