I am trying to upload photos using "Upload".
Photos are uploaded but size 0 bytes. Rarely it uploads full size.
What could be the likely reason behind this?

We haven't seen such a problem before. Can you try removing the check for file.Length? Maybe it isn't correctly reported for some reason but the files are still uploaded correctly. It could also be related to file size - larger files may be rejected.
Some files were uploaded to 128Kb only. An issue related to file size but still not clear.
Btw I tried on another computer and it worked without any issues.
So it is environment related I guess, nothing to do with Radzen.
