Unexpected Error : appsettings.json is not a valid JSON file - "Unexpected token  in JSON at position 0"

Json in appsettings.json is valid and if i run application from visual studio it is running proper and working nice.

However when i try to run same app from Radzen, i am getting following error of "is not valid JSON"
