Is there a possibility to to set the colors for MouseOver and Selected individually?

Yes, everything is doable with CSS. The CSS rules used by RadzenTreeView are available here. What exactly are you trying to achieve?
The background colors of the selected tree Item and the the hover tree item are nearly the same, in the color scheme I have to use (see upload). So I'd like to change the hover background color like the colors of the RadzenDataGrid
