Subscription / License Renewal

Hi Radzen Team,

My Radzen Blazor Studio Subscription is set to expire today, December 15, 2024. I received an email confirming the successful renewal, with the new expiration date set for December 15, 2025. However, when I check the license in Radzen Blazor Studio, it still displays the current expiration date of today.

I’ve tried clicking the “Validate License” button multiple times and restarting the application, but the issue persists. I reviewed the email I received to ensure I didn’t receive a different license code, but I haven’t noticed any new license key.

Could someone please guide me on how to correctly update the license in the application?

Perhaps restarting Radzen Blazor Studio would solve the problem.

Thanks, @korchev. After reviewing your post, I noticed that it had updated itself without any intervention from me. I’m not certain what prompted the change, but it’s now accurate.

I am having trouble getting Radzen Blazer for Visual Studio to validate. It was validated about a month ago but now seems to not validate. My license is valid until July of 2025, the VS message I get is subscription ended July 2024.

I tried restarting VS and removing/readding the key. The key validates fine in Blazer Studio.

Try updating the plugin. We have fixed this issue recently.
