Splitter Panel small collapse/expand icon

Does anyone know a stock way to enlarge the size of the splitter panel icons? The expand, collapse and resize icons on a splitter panel are to small for my taste, and I am trying to avoid custom css.

Iā€™m afraid that custom CSS is the only way to customize it.

You might want to think about adding that as a feature, to accomidate those with sight issues.

I also want to ask for a property to increase the size of the bar and icon size to make it easier to use.
