The RBS designer appears to generate errors if the .sln file contains any console type projects.
These are typically used to setup/import/export the data.
If the console projects are removed from .sln the RBS designer works correctly.
The error generated depends upon complexity but this is an example
We will investigate. As a workaround you can create another solution without the console application.
