Scheduler prevent moving of certain items

Hi there, thanks for your great work, loving the controls!

Is there a way where you can add appointments to a scheduler and make only some of those appointments draggable to another time slot?

I can handle the move event and show a message to the user when thy try and drop an event onto another time slot but I wanted to prevent the item being dragged at all?
