RadzenTabs SelectedIndex change event endlessly loops with two-way binding

Hi,

I have found when I two-way bind a property in my code to the SelectedIndex of the RadzenTabs or attach a method to the SelectedIndexChanged property it causes an endless loop when loading the page.

This event should not be used by the developer - it is only for the Blazor binding.

Thats cool. I would prefer to only use a two-way binding on the SelectedIndex property anyway.
