RadzenSplitButtonItem missing the Click parameter

An inconsistency I noticed that the RadzenSplitButtonItem does not have the Click parameter, like the other menu items.

RadzenSplitButton is a different component and does not need Click parameter for RadzenSplitButtonItem.
