I wonder if I can change the size of Axes titles and values to make them much larger. In addition, the plot take the full size of the page. Thanks!
This isn't possible as it would affect the layout rendering code.
You can set the height CSS attribute as with any other HTML element (or use CSS flexbox or other means).
