RadzenCustomValidator with RadzenPickList

Hello,

The RadzenPickList does not have a property "Name".
o when I want to use a RadzenCustomValidator for it, what should I pass to the "Component" - property of the validator?
When I leave it empty then I get the error:
System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot find component with Name

RadzenPickList is not a form component and does not have such property.
