RadzenAutoComplete does not load Value if before Data

I’ve discovered a bit of an oddity in the RadzenAutoComplete after version 11.3.0. When using a RadzenAutoComplete the value does not display if it is declared before the the Data attribute.

This works.

<RadzenAutoComplete Data=@vals Value=@companyName />

But this does not.

<RadzenAutoComplete Value=@companyName Data=@vals />

The box shows a blank value where there should be one.

Here is a simple playground script I wrote to reproduce the issue.
