RadZen on MacOS problem

Hi, I was going to purchase another copy of RadZen Professional to use in another large international organization and demo for them the power of it and how can they save and produce great quality code for lots of their needs. I installed try version and it worked for a month, I created a simple application and after the trial period and one of your latest updates I can't even launch it om that Macbook. It launches the application but I can't access anything else. No Menus, no popup for purchase options. Any Advice? The Macbook is still using MOjave

You can try deleting the application and installing it again. Also check the log file. Maybe the log message at the end of it will reveal more.
