Radzen Blazor Studio is not dispalying

I have tested the Radzen Blazor Studio a few months ago on my mac M1. It was working well. Recently, I upgraded the macOS to 15.0.1 and I downloaded the newest version of Radzen Blazor Studio and replace with existing old version. After that when I open the Radzen Blazor Studio, the app icon displayed in dock, however, UI is not showing. I tried uninstall and install a couple times, no luck. Even tried replacing with older version.

Is there anyone experienced similar issue?

Hi @Kyaw_Sithu,

This is indeed strange as we don't know of any issues with macOS 15.0.1. On the contrary - I am using it daily and produce all builds of Radzen Blazor Studio on it.

Couple of questions:

Are you using the right build for your CPU - intel vs arm? We have two downloads for them.
Is there anything in the log file?

Hi @korchev,

Thanks for the reply. I am using M1, I downloaded the arm64.

I would love to share log from the log file located in '~/Library/Application Support/Radzen Blazor Studio/log.txt'. The following is the only log I have.

[2024-10-15 17:32:28.455] [error] Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '~/Library/Application Support/Radzen Blazor Studio/settings.json'

Since I am interested in this issue, I tried:

Backup my mac with Time Machine
Erase everything
Restore from Time Machine

But still no luck. Below is screenshot.

Can you try creating an empty file settings.json at that location?

I did copy and paste from another machine but din't solve it. I had to factory reset my mac again and no restore from Time Machine did solve it.
