Radzen Blazor Dialog component

I can't make sense of how to use the Radzen Blazor Dialog component. Confused also as to why it's not listed in the Toolbox. I just want to add a confirmation dialog before deleting records and I read from other posts this is the component to use...

Indeed the dialog component is not something that you can drag from the toolbox. It's a special service integrated in Radzen actions. Check for example how CRUD pages will delete records:
