Problem with the Real Estate sample

Hello,

I am trying the sample of Real Estate sample using the Radzen Blazor Studio.
The Server version of this app works perfectly.
However the Wasm/Auto rendering mode seems to load the initial page 2 times and also at the Search part the dropbox Type is empty.
How can I fix this?
