The Panelmenu does not refresh the page on click event after displaying the page to navigate.
Is this something what is intentional ? Default the users expect that when clicked on a menu item it would refresh the page.

Yes, this is by design. Radzen navigation works via the Angular Router whose sole purpose is to perform navigation without refreshing the page.
