I am using Radzen Studio Version 1.58.2. When I am creating a new page
with the option “Include in main navigation” enabled, the page will not be
added to the main navigation.

Can you provide more details? What kind of application are you testing with (what is the rendering mode, are you using a template)? Also what kind of page are you trying to create? I am asking because this isn't a known issue and I couldn't reproduce it.
