Own code is deleted by the tool, where to locate it?

Good Morning

I am doing some test with your product and I have a question, if I need to put my own code in both the Front part and the Back part, how do I do it so that when I rebuild the application from the tool, I do not erase it?

Is there a place where you can include your own code and that the tool does not erase it when the application is re-generated due to a design change?
