Navigate to the same page(refresh page with parameter)

Hi,
Is it possible for a page to click a button to navigate to the same page and send a parameter?

I found that if there is no parameter sent to the target page, then the page will show " Page not found. Sorry, but there's nothing here!"

Is there some way to set a parameter when click the PanelMenu or is it possible to check nullable parameter instead of showing page not found?

It depends if the page is part of the navigation like my example or not.
