This doesn't seem like the most accurate place to inquire about this but it's where the "Contact an Admin" link sent me.
My company bought two Professional licenses. I received a link to follow up confirming my Email. When I follow the link it says the link is no longer valid.
Therefore I can't get a license key.
Perhaps I was too slow in responding, I'll fully admit. We had some production issues I was distracted with.
I'd like to get that straightened out as quickly as possible.
The email in my user profile is accurate.
If there is a more appropriate place to ask this please let me know and I'll follow up there.
