Material Themes and Free Usage

I'm interested in using Radzen, however, I have concerns about building it into any of my projects.

There's numerous references to Material3 and Material (except light) where it's part of the Pro subscription.

Do I need to pay for anything, and what do I need to pay for as an independent developer creating free web applications? This is not clear on the website unfortunately.

This is a preview of Radzen's new Material 3 premium theme, available only to Radzen Professional or Enterprise subscribers.

Does this include non-business use?

Radzen Blazor Components are open source and free for commercial use.

Does this include the Material3 theme?

A set of 70+ free and pixel perfect native Blazor UI components packed with DataGrid, Scheduler, Charts and robust theming including Material design and FluentUI.

This explicitly says free, but not for Material3. However, Fluent is included as a "Pro" product, which could imply that Material3 is free.

There's just a bit of uncertainty about everything I've read. Is the "Premium" part specifically for support? Or does the "Premium" part include access to the Material3-themed components?

If it's just support, that's awesome!

I don't mind paying, but I don't want to pay $800/yr for a theme on a personal project I'm doing for free.

Cheers!

Material3 and Fluent themes are not free. They are offered together with Radzen Blazor Studio subscription. Material theme is free.

And regardless of whether we're independent or not, we'd still need to pay?

Hey @Amos,

Our components and most of our themes are open source and free. We offer also community versions of Radzen IDE and Radzen Blazor Studio for free. We even provide reasonable amount of support for free in our forums.

We do offer also discounts for non-profit organisations (universities, schools, foundations etc.). You can contact us with details at info@radzen.com.
