Loop time fields in DatePicker

Hello everybody!

I have a question about looping time-picking fields (hours / minutes / seconds) in DatePicker component.
Is there any way to make them like to go to 1:00 AM from 12:00 AM hours if I increase the value by up-arrow in term of "hours"-picking, and the opposite way - to go to 12:00 AM from 1:00 AM, if I decrease the value by down-arrow?

If it's impossible now, is this feature planned?
I'm really missing it

I like the idea of this feature. If it can be implemented in next versions it will be great.

May it can be enabled by separate boolean option just not to break current logic?
