License activation error

We recently bought a Radzen Professional Licenses for our organization, but we're having trouble activating it because our network is blocking the activation site. We received following error message during the activation.

Could you tell me the URL(s)/Port(s) we need to whitelist to get the activation process working?

Those are app.radzen.com and port 443 (https).
