Javascript:void(0) at bottom of screen with DataGrid

I noticed that when I hover over a page number or goto last page button on the datagrid I get Javascript:void(0)
in the left bottom corner of the browser window.

This also happen in your online demo.

Let's me try this way.

go to Free Blazor Components | 60+ controls by Radzen
Hover or click the goto last page button in the grid footer
you will see the word(s) "Javascript:void(0)" appear on the left bottom of the web page.

Why does that happen?
