Is there any way to show insert-image dialog if paste image to htmleditor

If paste image to htmleditor there is no any image option. But if click insert-image
button then show the dialog. Is there any way to show insert-image dialog if paste image to htmleditor? Or kindly provide image-editor(dialog) function if select an image?

The Htmleditor has the insert-Image function,but has not the edit-image function. If insert-Image(paste-Image) is finished. There is no way to adjust the image size etc.
So I need Image opption to set the image size while i paste an Image.
