Image in grid

I've read the tutorial for showing image field in data grid (https://www.radzen.com/documentation/image-preview/).

However, when I applied it to my project, the image is not showing.

And this is the image url:

Am I missing something?

Btw, in the example, it mentioned that the data source is OData to services.radzen.com while in my project, I have my own Northwind database so the data source is Ms SQL Server @ localhost.

After investigating content of the database, it's not Radzen's fault that the image not loaded.

The image in field "Photo" inserted with OLE header wrapper with Ms Access.
