How to add a <p element or div in between the radio button list

There are two radio buttons .I want to add a paragraph after the first radio button then the second radio button should come. How can i achieve it?

similarly i have to add a paragraph after first radio button.

This isn't supported. You can however change the orientation of the RadioButtonList from horizontal to vertical.
