I am learning blazor and Radzen controls look pretty cool. Does the above statement meant I can only deploy one application with the free community edition but i can develop and run multiple applications with the controls locally? Please clarify.
Deploy is not available in the community version. You can create only one application that you can run locally.
The Radzen.Blazor components don't have a community edition - they are free and open source. You can use them in as many application as you want.
The Radzen IDE has a community edition with the limitations which @enchev listed.
