Error saying .NET 7 NOT Installed. Installed from link provided

I have installed the requested version of .NET yet Studio cannot find it. I loaded preview 2022 and could not publish to the azure web site anymore so reverted back to just 2022 no getting this error and cannot load project.

What is the output of running dotnet --info in command prompt? Also have you tried restarting your machine after installing .NET 7?

Ok that command is helpful thank you. Not sure what was happening after removing 2022 Preview but I uninstalled VS and VS Installer and Installed from download on the web and that fixed all the issues. The MS web site mentions this and another tool which I did not have to use called InstallCleanup.
