Encountering Functional and Installation Issues with Radzen Studio: A Cry for Help!

Recently, I've been grappling with a frustrating issue involving my Radzen Studio application. It all started when I attempted to open the application, only to be met with an unexpected closure of the program. Despite numerous attempts, the same issue persisted, leaving me unable to access my Radzen Studio.

Believing that a fresh installation might remedy the situation, I proceeded to uninstall the problematic application with the intention of reinstalling it. However, a new hurdle emerged in this process. As I navigated to the download page to reinstall Radzen Studio, an error message thwarted my progress.

Currently, I find myself at a standstill, with my access to Radzen Studio impeded both through the direct application and the reinstallation process. The conundrum I face is twofold: understanding the cause of the app's abrupt closure and the unexpected error on the download page.
