Easy way to add item to default profile menu

Hi,
Is there an easy/lazy way to add an item to the default profile menu? i.e. add a new menu item but keep the tenanst/roles/users/profile items as is without having to recreate them manually through Radzen.

There is a button which generates all default profile menu items. Check this out.

That is such a great feature! I don't know how I missed it and it works in the default sidebar nav menu too. Thanks!
