As the title says - when I use the mouse wheel to scroll up or down on a drop-down, it closes. When using the scrollbar it works. I am using Firefox 73.0 on Windows 10. Scrolling works in both Chrome and Edge though.
This also happens on the demo page in all drop-downs.
