Just an FYI, I discovered that the words "Drag Handle" is being displayed in the RadzenSlider which is the value for Content in .ui-slider-handle:before

Indeed Radzen themes use CSS font icons. They are using a custom font and text content that represents the icon.
Gotcha and thanks for the update. We weren't seeing the icon for some reason, only the text.
