Datepicker reset calendar

I am using the code from your Date Range Filter Demo. I have added a reset function, which works fine, but I can't seem to get the actual dates on the popup calendar to return to the original month (in this case the reset button sets the filter back to DateTime.Today). Just need to know how to reset the calendar in the datepicker back to the current month. All help is appreciated.
