DatePicker input

I use the DatePicker with Format="d". So if I use the calendar and select todays date, I get 15.06.2021.
If I entered it manualy it works fine also. But many colleaques like to enter a date without points e.g. 15062021. Is it possible to convert it to a valid date. If I try to use the Change event a got null as args.
