Datagrid Hierarchy Column Header Accessibility

Hello,

When using the DataGrid Hierarchy, an accessibility issue arose for me.

The table header gnerated by Radzen for the column that contains the hierarchy expansion arrow is empty. When I analyzed the page using the WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool), it flagged this issue:

Is there any way around this? If not, would it be possible to update Radzen to include some "screen reader only" text in this table header?
