Datagrid Grouping is broken when using GroupHeaderTemplate

User grouping by dragging a column is currently broken on the DataGrid with GroupHeaderTemplate example.

This issue started occurring after I updated from 8.4.2, so it got broken somewhere from 8.4.3-Current.
