Datagrid Footer not displaying correctly when nested from a parent DataGrid

Hi,

I am using the component from your demo Blazor DataGrid Hierarchy (radzen.com) and added a footer on the nested datagrid as shown below:

However, when updated to the most recent version, the gray background is gone:

When using the same component directly on a page it works as expected:

It seems to have issues only when adding it inside another DataGrid.

I have tested previous version and this issue only disappears on version 4.0.0.
