For some reason Blazor isn't connecting or registering my Sql Database. I've not changed the appsettings or any config. It get's stuck on the below:

The solution was to make the server name match in case sensitivity. So changed from Title case to upper case to match the name in SSMS. All good now. I don't know if that's the issue, but all working now.
