Customizing Themes

I would like to alter some of the colors of the themes. Mainly change the dark mode slightly darker. Can this be changed from the scss for dark and dark-default or would the css file need to be altered too?

Also curious if I could change the Tabs component. Reducing the size of the tabs themselves (not the content area of the tabs).

If you are talking just about the components (ignoring the category of this thread) changing scss will update css on build. Check the source code for reference (csproj).
