Customizing any Radzen component by changing or adding some styles

How can I change the look of an existing Radzen component by adding some styles for throughout my Blazor web assembly project? Currently I am doing the style changes in the root {} with the Radzen class names.What would be the recommended way? please suggest

Is this for the paid subscribers can use the customization or free for all the users?
