Could you please consider defaulting all settings to true (for people just learning the system, by defaulting everything to true, they can see a demo of all RBS has to offer)
and ideally remembering the settings from the last scaffolding
Same request here, remember what entities were checked from the last scaffolding. Ideally per scaffolding type. For example, when I scaffold the basic/main CRUD pages I select DIFFERENT entities than when I scaffold Master/Hierarchy
