with reference to your documentation, for Code generation ignore list we were unable to get this to work with serverside controllers.

On a windows based system, the entire folder appears to be deleted including any customized files when the data source is Infered again.
We have included steps to reproduce and a simple project and database script that demonstrated the issue.
